CODE BLACK! - Stop the School Lockdowns!

TALK TO YOUR KIDS. TALK TO THEIR FRIENDS.

While the school officials act as if this is the most obvious response to their perceived problems, parents have had almost no input. If you are a parent and were involved in the planning for these terror drills LEAVE A COMMENT! What on earth were you thinking about!

Teaching children lockdown procedures is going to override their natural fight or flight response to danger with a very convenient sit there and wait your turn to be shot mentality. FIGHT or FLIGHT! It has served us well for thousands of years.

Let's take a moment to think of it from an administrators perspective. Having all the sheep go and lock themselves in their cages while you ferret out danger whether real or imagined is easy. I don't care if that's the EASY solution! It's NOT RIGHT! In fact it's a crime called forcible confinement punishable by 10 years imprisonment!

People that are willing to give up their freedom in exchange for safety are neither free nor safe. These people willingly walk into a very familiar trap that has been used to kill millions of human beings. Whether this is the intent of those imposing the lock down procedures or not is irrelevant. Free people have freedom of movement, lock down procedures violate this freedom. When it comes to self preservation I have a right to follow instincts. When it comes to protecting our kids, I trust their instincts more that I trust the authorities as well. Look at Columbine, how long did the police wait outside while the kids were being shot? The cops were making themselves useful by holding back the parents.

Which brings me to another point. Did you know the kids are NOT ALLOWED to use their cell phones in a lock down? So some whacknut walks into the school with a gun and the kids are NOT ALLOWED to call their parents? I guess sheep are not even going to be permitted any last words.

Ladies and gentlemen understand something, very, very important. The schools and their administrators are CONTRACTORS. They get paid by the Government and are to take their direction from PARENTS! This is why school trustee's are elected positions. The parents have political control over these education institutions.
